Kit Projetista is a plugin for AutoCAD and Civil 3D that runs on your computer. It requires no sign-up, does not send your drawings anywhere and does not collect usage data. This policy explains the little it stores and what happens when you use our website, buy or ask for support. In case of conflict, the Portuguese version prevails.

What stays only on your computer
- Your drawings. The plugin reads and changes only the drawings open in AutoCAD, when you use a command. Nothing in the drawing is sent out.
- Settings (units, layers, tool options), in %APPDATA%\KitProjetista.
- License and trial period. The activation key and the trial start date are stored on your computer, protected by a digital signature.
- Error log. If a command fails, the technical details go to the erros.log file, in the same folder. It only leaves your computer if you send it to support yourself.
Computer code
To tie the license to your computer, the plugin calculates a computer code (starting with M2-) from hardware and Windows identifiers. These identifiers go through a cryptographic hash function (SHA-256): the code does not reveal the original numbers and does not identify you personally. The code is only sent if you click Copy computer code and send it to us to receive your key.
What the plugin sends over the internet
No data is sent automatically. The plugin has no telemetry, ads or tracking. The subscription and support buttons only open your WhatsApp or your e-mail with a ready message, and you decide whether to send it.
Map and site plan: only when you use the KPSITUACAO or KPSATELITE commands, the address, postal code or coordinates you type are sent to the public OpenStreetMap services (Nominatim and Overpass) and, for Brazilian postal codes, to ViaCEP, only to find the location and download the streets around it. Nothing from the drawing is sent. The satellite image in KPSATELITE is AutoCAD's own (GEOMAP command), under Autodesk's terms.
Our website and forms
When you request the free trial, download the free site plan, contact us through the "Let's talk" form or sign up as a tester of the Calculadora do Projetista app, we receive by e-mail what you fill in (name, e-mail, WhatsApp, city, message, plan of interest and, for the site plan, the location searched). We use this data only to unlock the trial, reply to you, send the app test invitation and, if you agree, send e-mails about Kit Projetista. You can stop these e-mails at any time. Forms are delivered by the Web3Forms service (or FormSubmit, if it is down), which sends the message to our inbox. In the free site plan tool, the postal code, address or coordinates you type go straight from your browser to the public ViaCEP and OpenStreetMap (Nominatim and Overpass) services, only to find the location and the streets; the drawing is made in your own browser. The website uses no ads or cookies. It only stores in your browser a note that you already left your contact in the site plan tool (so it does not ask again) and, if a form fails to send, a copy of it to resend on your next visit. To know how many people visit the website and where they come from (for example, Facebook or YouTube), we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits anonymously, without cookies and without identifying you.
Purchases
Purchases are made through Hotmart or the Autodesk App Store, depending on where you subscribed. Payment data is handled by those platforms, under their privacy policies; we do not receive your card number. We receive your name, e-mail and the plan purchased, used to issue the key, provide support and tell you about product updates.
Support
When you talk to us by e-mail or WhatsApp, we use the conversation and the computer code to help you and to issue or reissue the key.
Third parties and sharing
The plugin uses no analytics tools, ad networks or third-party SDKs. We do not sell, rent or share your data with other companies, including companies related to us. The only third parties that receive data are the sales and payment platforms (Hotmart, Autodesk and PayPal), with only the data needed for the purchase, the services that deliver the website forms by e-mail (Web3Forms and FormSubmit), the public map services used by the free site plan tool (ViaCEP and OpenStreetMap), and Cloudflare Web Analytics, which only receives anonymous website visit data. We only work with platforms committed to protecting this data at the same level as this policy and the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD). We may also provide data when required by law or a court order.
How long we keep data and when we delete it
- On your computer: the plugin files stay until you uninstall the Kit and delete the %APPDATA%\KitProjetista folder.
- Purchase and support data (name, e-mail, plan, computer code and conversations): kept while the license is active and for up to 12 months after it ends, for reactivation and support. After that, it is deleted.
- Website form data: kept for up to 12 months after the last contact, or until you ask us to delete it.
- Tax records of the sale: kept for the period required by Brazilian law.
- Deletion requests are handled within 15 days, except for what the law requires us to keep.
Your rights
You may ask at any time to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, withdraw your consent or stop receiving our e-mails, by writing to contato@kitprojetista.com.br. This policy is also available in the plugin itself, in the License tab (KPLICENCA command). To delete what the plugin stores on your computer, uninstall the Kit and delete the %APPDATA%\KitProjetista folder.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top will be updated and important changes will be announced on this page and in the version notes.
